The 48v 57.8V 58.4V 15a Golf Cart Battery Charger is equipped with a reverse connection detection function: for 10 seconds after the charger is connected to the AC, it keeps the output off and detects whether the battery connection is reversed or not. If the connection is reversed, there will be a fault indication. If the connection is correct, it will automatically enter the next stage.

Indicator Lights

This charger has one red light and one bi-colour indicator light (red and green), the red light corresponds to the power light and the bi-colour light corresponds to the function indicator.

Within 10 seconds of starting the charger, it will switch on the output for 5 seconds if no battery is connected. If there is no battery accessed, it will enter standby mode (lead-acid enters pre-charge and then enters float charge), requiring an external voltage of 5V or more to wake up the charger. Charger with pre-charge function, forced pre-charge time 10 seconds, current about 33% CC. turn constant current will slowly rise to the maximum current. When the current is detected to be less than the turn light current, it is judged to be full shutdown. If it is lead-acid, it keeps maintaining float charging output. If the battery is detected to be below the charge voltage during the full phase, the charger reverts to standby. If it is without relay, it is judged from current.

Notes

(1) High voltage inside the case, may cause harm to the human body. If the charger fails, please contact us. Users and non-professional maintenance staff is forbidden to open the charger.

(2) Charger should not be used where in damp, water, direct sunlight or near heat sources.

(3) Charger should be used where clean and well ventilated. Don't sheltered inlet or outlet during charging, and make sure that both inlet and outlet have air space of at least 10cm.

(4) Charger should be used to prevent children closer and touch.

(5) Is prohibited that the charger used or stored near flammable, explosive goods.

(6) While cleaning the charger please do not wash with water, we recommend using a clean rag dipped a small amount of alcohol.
