3: LED1 and LED2 red flash at the same time, When the charger triggers self-protection.

The li ion car battery charger can be stored in the ambient temperature: -40℃ ~ +70, relative humidity: 0% ~ 95% and the maximum altitude of 2000 meters, but the charger needs to be taken out occasionally to power on. This can better extend the life of the charger.
