Seven Comprehensive Hardware Safety Protections
Independent protective circuits are built-in. The charger will shut down automatically upon faults and resume operation once abnormalities are cleared, eliminating hidden risks for outdoor applications:
Under-voltage Protection: The unit stops operating when input voltage drops below 8V, and restores automatically when voltage rises back to 13V.
Over-voltage Protection: It ceases charging if PV input exceeds the upper limit, and restarts after voltage drops to the normal range.
Reverse Polarity Protection: No damage to the unit if PV panels or batteries are wired with reversed positive/negative poles, offering lossless protection.
Short-circuit / Overload Protection: When output short-circuits, output voltage drops to 0V with current limited at 20A; automatic recovery after the fault is removed.
Stepwise Over-temperature Power Derating (Intelligent Temperature Control)
Below 80℃: 100% full power output
85℃: Power limited to 80%; 90℃ limited to 60%; 95℃ limited to 40%; 105℃ full output shutoff
Power recovers step by step as temperature cools down to prevent equipment aging under high temperature.
Over-charge / Over-current Protection: Precise voltage and current thresholds prevent battery bulging and thermal runaway.
Low-voltage Shutdown Protection: Avoids permanent battery damage caused by deep discharge.

Operating Conditions: Ambient temperature -20℃ ~ +40℃, relative humidity 5%~95% (non-condensing), maximum altitude 2000 meters.
Storage Conditions: Long-term storage at -40℃ ~ +70℃, maximum altitude 20000 meters, resistant to extreme temperatures during transportation.
Equipped with all-solid capacitors, high-power inductors and military-grade PCB components, the unit features excellent vibration and moisture resistance, ideal for harsh environments such as RVs, yachts and field monitoring systems.

Quick Operation Instructions

Wiring Sequence: Connect the battery output terminals first (match positive and negative poles strictly; reverse connection is prohibited), then connect the photovoltaic input. Match the positive and negative poles of the solar panel to the PV terminals of the device one-to-one. Reversed wiring will result in no output without damaging the unit. After power-on, LED indicators will automatically display the working status, and the LCD screen synchronously shows real-time charging power. The unit will automatically switch to float charge mode once the battery is fully charged, requiring no manual operation. For cleaning, wipe only with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol. Do not rinse directly with water. Store the product in a dry, ventilated and shaded place
