Operating Conditions
The charger can operate continuously in all modes under the following environmental conditions without performance degradation: Ambient temperature: -20℃ ~ +40℃; Relative humidity: 5% ~ 95%; Maximum altitude: 2000 m; Cooling: The UY3K3S series charger adopts forced air cooling. In a well-ventilated environment, the temperature rise at full load shall not exceed 40℃.
Operating Conditions
Grid overvoltage protection: The charger shuts down its output once the grid voltage exceeds the threshold, and resumes automatically after the grid voltage returns to normal.
Grid undervoltage protection: The charger shuts down its output once the grid voltage drops below the threshold, and resumes automatically after the grid voltage returns to normal.
DC bus overvoltage protection: The charger cuts off the output when the internal bus voltage exceeds the threshold, with automatic recovery once voltage normalizes.
Primary overcurrent protection: The charger disables output when primary-side current exceeds the limit, and recovers automatically.

Charging Profile Description
T0 Reverse Polarity Detection: Within 2 seconds after the charger is connected to AC power, the output remains disabled while the charger checks for reversed battery connection. A fault alert will trigger if the polarity is reversed. It proceeds automatically to the next stage if the connection is correct.
T1 Constant Current Stage: The charger enables output. Once a battery is detected, the output current quickly rises to the maximum value for fast charging. The charger automatically moves to the next stage when the battery voltage reaches the peak charging voltage.
T2 Constant Voltage Stage: The charger maintains the output voltage at the full-charge voltage. The battery continues charging while the charging current gradually decreases. The battery is judged fully charged when the current drops to 5%–10% of the maximum charging current.
T3 Float Charge Stage: The voltage is reduced for slow, low-current continuous charging. If the AC power supply stays connected, the charger remains in T3 float mode to keep the battery fully charged.
