Electric cars are used more in our lives, and we naturally need to pay attention to the use of electric cars in the process of using them. The charging time for the battery car should not be too long. Overcharging will cause the battery to heat up for a long time and speed up the scrapping rate of the battery. Theoretically, after fully discharged, the battery is charged at a nominal rate of 0.1 (standard battery charge), and it can be fully charged in about 10 hours. Considering the efficiency of the charger and the depreciation of the battery, the general charging time is between 10 hours and 12 hours. , The limit should not exceed 16 hours. Many people have misunderstandings, thinking that the charger is smart charging, and it doesn't matter how it is charged, so if the charger is not disconnected for a long time, it will not only damage the charger, but also damage the battery.
Get in the habit of recharging every day. There are a lot of people who have been riding for 2-3 days before recharging, causing the battery to be in a deep discharge situation. This is very bad, and the battery life is greatly reduced! It is recommended that you charge it every day, the life of the battery will be prolonged.
The charging environment should be stable. The best ambient temperature for charging is 20-28°C. In addition, as the weather does not pass, the charging situation is different. Charging in winter or summer will cause overcharge or undercharge. So try to ensure a safe and stable charging environment.
Electric vehicles should not be seriously overloaded during normal riding to protect the frame of electric vehicles. The load-bearing capacity of the frame of an electric car is far less than that of a motorcycle, but some people are accustomed to moving the overload of the motorcycle to an electric car. Once the metal of the frame is fatigued and breaks during exercise, it is likely to cause a serious accident.
Fuse blown
Generally, a blown fuse indicates that the internal circuit of the charger has a short-circuit or over-current fault. Because the charger works under high voltage and high current conditions, the DC filter and oscillation circuit work too long in the high voltage state, and the voltage changes relatively large. In addition, the fluctuation of grid voltage and surge will cause the current in the charger to increase instantaneously and cause the fuse to blow.
Repair method: first carefully check the various components on the circuit board to see if the appearance of these components is burnt or there is electrolyte overflow, and smell for any peculiar smell. Check again with a multimeter.
First, measure the resistance value of the power input terminal. If it is less than 200KΩ, it means that there is a local short circuit phenomenon at the back end. Then measure the resistance values of the four rectifier diodes' forward and reverse resistance and two current-limiting resistors to see if there is a short circuit or Burn out; then measure whether the filter capacitor of the power supply can be charged and discharged normally, and then measure whether the switching power tube is broken down, and whether the UC3842 itself and surrounding components are broken down or burned out.
One point that needs to be explained is: because it is measured on the road, it may make the measurement result wrong and cause misjudgment. Therefore, if necessary, the components can be welded down and then measured. If there is still no such situation, measure whether the input power line and output power line are short-circuited internally. Under normal circumstances, the rectifier diode, power filter capacitor, switching power tube, UC3842 are vulnerable parts in the fuse fusing fault, and the probability of damage can reach more than 95%. Generally, you can easily eliminate this by checking these components. Class failure.
