product key technologies

technology
The charger incorporates a DSP and an MCU. Both trigger protection events according to operating conditions: rapid red LED flashing indicates a DSP-triggered protection; medium-speed red LED flashing indicates an MCU-triggered protection.
Grid overvoltage protection: The charger shuts down its output once the grid voltage exceeds the threshold, and resumes automatically after the grid voltage returns to normal.
Grid undervoltage protection: The charger shuts down its output once the grid voltage drops below the threshold, and resumes automatically after the grid voltage returns to normal.
DC bus overvoltage protection: The charger cuts off the output when the internal bus voltage exceeds the threshold, with automatic recovery once voltage normalizes.
Primary overcurrent protection: The charger disables output when primary-side current exceeds the limit, and recovers automatically.
technology
Self-check protection: The charger performs self-test on power-up to verify grid frequency and internal component status. The protection flag clears automatically if all readings are normal. Output overvoltage protection: When the output voltage hits the threshold, the internal relay opens to cut the output loop. Automatic recovery is available after the fault is cleared.
Output overcurrent protection: If the output current exceeds 120% of the maximum charging current, the internal relay opens to disconnect the output. It recovers automatically once the fault is removed.
Short-circuit protection: When output positive and negative terminals are shorted, the internal relay opens to cut the output loop. Automatic recovery is supported after fault clearance. Reverse polarity protection: The internal relay stays open and the charging circuit remains disconnected if the battery is connected with reversed polarity. Normal operation resumes after correct wiring.
Note: For reliable reverse polarity protection, connect the charger to the battery first, then plug in the AC mains.
