Our newly launched intelligent bidirectional power module supports flexible auto charge-discharge with grid priority, ideal for energy storage and UPS backup power scenarios.
When grid-connected in power-off state, the module stays on low-power standby; it fully powers down with no consumption once grid power is lost. Sleep mode also maintains minimal standby draw. In automatic mode, the unit prioritises mains supply. During charging, bypass load is fed first and charging power reduces accordingly; full power goes to the battery with no bypass load. When discharging, it disconnects from the grid and supplies loads via bypass. Mains restoration triggers an automatic switch back to grid and resumes charging.
DC output voltage and current can be adjusted via CAN, RS485 or Bluetooth APP. Intelligent fan speed control is implemented: the fan stops below 40°C with no power output, runs at 30% speed during power transfer, 80% speed at 40°C and 100% full speed at 60°C.
Dual built-in NTC sensors monitor the secondary heat sink and transformer for over-temperature protection. The module shuts down on over-temperature and restarts automatically once temperature falls 10°C below the protection threshold.
It integrates UPS function: it automatically switches to inverter output when mains drops below 80Vac or grid fails (battery voltage >40Vdc required). Comprehensive protection covers grid overvoltage, battery overvoltage, secondary short circuit and inverter overvoltage. All protection points support auto-recovery after a preset delay.
