The device can perform charging and discharging simultaneously in automatic operation, and it will allocate power resources by giving priority to the utility grid. During the charging cycle, any loads served by the bypass circuit will be the first to receive power output. Higher power draw from bypass loads will lower the charging current supplied to the battery. Without loads on the bypass path, the battery will receive the full charging current the system can provide. In discharge state, the power module isolates from the grid and feeds power to loads via the bypass route. When mains power returns, the bypass switches over to grid power again, and battery charging resumes right away.

Make sure the charger is separated from both battery packs and mains power before maintenance operations. Regular care: Routinely clear dust off air vents and cooling fans to maintain optimal thermal performance of the charger. Wipe its shell occasionally with alcohol-impregnated fabric.
